Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that comfortably sleeps large groups with 8 beds (including one air mattress). Security Cameras Disclosure For the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property, this home is equipped with exterior security cameras only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. The property includes: • Two cameras located in the backyard • Two cameras located at the front exterior of the property, facing the driveway and street area These cameras are used strictly for security purposes, including monitoring the exterior of the property, verifying occupancy, and helping protect both guests and hosts in case of emergencies, incidents, or liability concerns. Important: Guests are not allowed to cover, block, disconnect, move, or tamper with any of the security cameras at any time. Any interference with the cameras will be considered a violation of house rules and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. The heart of the home is our fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes, and silverware. Essential cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, spices, and sugar are provided, along with complimentary coffee and tea. Families traveling with infants will find convenience in the Pack 'n Play Playard, complete with a comfortable mattress. Step outside into our inviting backyard oasis, designed for relaxation and entertainment. A spacious gazebo provides shade over a comfortable seating area, perfect for enjoying meals or lounging with friends and family. Fire up the BBQ grill (tools provided) and savor outdoor dining experiences. • Yard cleanup day is usually on Thursday but can change due to gardener availability. If you’re staying with us on a Thursday , the gardener will be there sometime between 8am–3pm to clean the front and back yard. • Trash/waste pickup is on Tuesday. Someone might be there on monday evening to take the trash bins out to the curb.
