You'll find plenty of space to relax and unwind in the comfortable living areas, as well as the four bedrooms. Each room is carefully designed to provide the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. You'll love the outdoor area, complete with a BBQ and outdoor tables that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. We hope you enjoy your stay. A quintessential seaside residence where you can enjoy your holiday and just unwind. Guest access Bedroom 1: 1 x King bed - Sleeps 2 guests Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed - Sleeps 2 guests Bedroom 3: 2 x King Single beds - Sleeps 2 guests Bedroom 4: 1 x Tri-Bunk (Double bottom / King Single top) - Sleeps 3 guests What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations. Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price. Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set). Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40. If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised We ask all guests please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
