Welcome to Zoe's Island Retreat! Our home is only about a 14-minute walk to the beach (0.7 of a mile) or 4-minute drive. We are also only about a 5-minute walk from the intracoastal waterway and the popular Veteran's park, popular for fishing. This sweet little sunny home sits on a quiet street, boasts a large fenced-in, dog friendly yard, covered front porch, and has everything you'll need for a wonderful beach vacation. The space 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 10 people (Up to 6 adults comfortably). Primary bedroom: King; 2nd bedroom: 2 Full; 3rd bedroom: 2 twin bunkbeds = 4 Twin (bunkbeds are best for kids) New LVP flooring throughout! LINENS INCLUDED. Free WiFi. No cable, just streaming: you can log into your channels of choice. Fully stocked kitchen, including dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and even basics like olive oil and vinegar, seasonings, salt & pepper, as well as coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, creamer and more. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, ice trays, washer and dryer, filtered water pitcher, blender, toaster and a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, cooking supplies, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, spices, oil & vinegar, etc. Fully fenced-in backyard with new privacy fence. Outdoor shower and shed (for storage of beach gear), gas grill, picnic table and hammock for relaxing backyard evenings. We would love for your dogs to join you! Pet fee: $100 for one dog, more dogs - discuss with us. Guest access Accessibility: This is a single-level home, with a few steps to the front and back porches. 5 steps to the wide, covered front porch, and 4 steps to the small back deck. The driveway and front yard are gravel and sandy. The backyard is also sandy. Guests can park in the gravel driveway and front yard. No street parking allowed. Not much traffic on this street and nearby streets. Great for biking or jogging. Lovely walk to the Intracoastal Waterway at the end of the street, and Veterans Park. Other things to note Everything you need for your enjoyment and comfort at the beach: 3 bikes, beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, sand toys, cooler, and a beach wagon, for your full enjoyment. Dog friendly. Pet fee: $100 for 1 dog. More dogs are negotiable. 14-minute walk to the beach through NE 20th St Scenic Walkway, or 3-4 minute drive to the beach. *PAID PARKING AT THE BEACH*. 4 minute walk to Veterans Park, overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. A great fishing spot!
