While this provides quick access to airport, cruise port, 95 and Miami, it can be quite noisy during rush hours. Iguanas and other tropical creatures frequent the outside areas and are harmless. Although we regularly treat the home for pests, occasionally a small lizard or other insect may crawl indoors. We'd be happy to come and remove any if found. You are welcome to fish off the deck (catch and release only) as long as you have a FL fishing license and clean up after every session. For your safety, security cameras are pointed towards the front door and motion floodlight cameras in backyard pool areas. They do not look into any interior spaces. The A/C is locked at a 70 degree minimum. The pool is not heated and can be chilly from December to February. The number of guests staying should match what you booked. Our home is nestled within a residential neighborhood. so we kindly ask that outdoor noise be kept to a considerate level. Vaping and smoking (tobacco products only) are permitted outdoors only (not indoors). After 10pm all outside areas are closed (pool, patio, etc).
