Proudly managed by Pine and Palm Vacation Homes! Welcome to Beachfire Bungalow, a sweet little 3 bed/2 bath home located on the shores of beautiful Lake Norman. Located just 32 miles from Uptown Charlotte, Beachfire Bungalow is convenient to many area attractions. Your hosts, Conor and Ali, are Mooresville locals and are happy to provide restaurant, shopping, and activity recommendations. Note: This property is dog-friendly with host approval. Pet fee is $115 per dog +tax. The space The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable television, and large bathroom with an oversized shower and stacked washer/dryer. The second bedroom has a California king bed with beautiful views of the lake. The third bedroom has two Twin XL beds, comfortable for both children or adults alike. There is a bathroom with full-size tub and shower located between the two bedrooms. Lounge on the comfortable sectional sofa in the living room while watching cable TV or stream movies on your device using our Wifi. Please note: The fireplace in the living room is inoperable and for appearances only. The kitchen offers an expandable table plus bar seating, an oven with a second smaller oven below, glass cooktop stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and drip coffee pot. Guest access Guests will be provided with a digital access code via their welcome email the day before check-in. Other things to note Dig your toes in the sand of your own private backyard beach while gazing out at the wide water views. Whether you’re bringing your own boat or planning to rent one, guests can pull right up to our private dock! Motorized boating not your thing? You’re welcome to use our two kayaks and life jackets to explore the lake. Guests get to enjoy waterfront dining right on our deck-- no long waits and you’ll always get the best table! Finally, unwind after a day of fun with a soak in the hot tub or by sitting around a fire on the beach. Beachfire Bungalow is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with friendly nearby neighbors on each side of the house. It's a perfect vacation home for small families or groups of friends who aren't looking to party. Though the house sleeps 6, no more than 8 people are allowed on the property at any given time. The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 3 large vehicles and street parking is prohibited. **PLEASE NOTE: Any car parked on the street may be towed.** We have strict quiet hours from 10pm-7am and require that all conversation be brought indoors after 10pm. It is our highest priority to provide a wonderful vacation experience for our guests while maintaining the quiet residential atmosphere of the neighborhood for those who live here full time.
