Take advantage of Large master suite tub, essential oil diffuser, indoor waterfall, outdoor fire pit and hot tub to add to your experience. *Fold out beds must be assembled by guests:) The space Outdoor space include a large comfortable screened-in porch and a two tiered deck for entertaining. Among appealing Spring & Summer gardens located at the property, you’ll also enjoy the Outdoor hot tub overlooking a large outdoor fire pit with seating available, a pebble walk way path through the small fish pond, and small garden island to name a few. Guest access Guests have excess to everything at the property except the garage and indoor fireplace; This includes bedrooms, kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, front door entryway, laundry room, downstairs 1/2 bath, screened patio, yard, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor features. Indoor fireplace is not operable. No more than 5 or 6 cars (whichever fits) allowed at property (parked in driveway). Simply press the lock button on the keypad to lock front door. Other things to note Parking at this property is limited to no more than 5 or 6 cars that must fit in the driveway. Please see house manual for important details about extra guests fees. “No parties or events” There is a 9pm noise curfew (noise that can be heard from outside of the home). Please do not unplug or rearrange TV and other electronic devices and cords, furniture, chairs, and decor. Please do not eat in bedrooms. Please eat in kitchen and dinette areas only. Food waste and crumbs found in all other areas of the house will inquire a fee. There are Three bedrooms total with 4 beds, 2 couches, and 3 additional Folding beds available (must be assembled by guest) for use to sleep 10-12 total guests. Double folded bed is provided for optional use and are assembled by guest. Double bed Linen is stored in Master bedroom walk-in closet. Two Screws used for assembly of double folding bed as well instructions for assembly is kept in top drawer of Master bedrooms vanity shelf/sink. Two single folded beds are stored in hallway living room closet. These are for optional use and, if needed, must be assembled by guests. Single folding beds linen stored in Master bedroom linen closet. Please reassemble folded beds after use. Do not unplug hot tub. Please make sure that children, underaged, and non-swimmers have proper supervision in hot tub. Pond rocks are slippery!!! Please do not walk on Pond rocks or use as a pathway:) Is not suitable for small children.
