Enjoy the 2 decks overlooking the lake with family and friends while grilling and/or entertaining. Paddle board, pedal boat, water toys there for your enjoyment! Want to get wet or soak up the sunshine? Hang out on the large sundeck with room to dock 3 boats. Room to park a boat trailer too! Things to do: -Ark Encounter -Creation Museum (40 min drive) -Cincinnati Zoo (50 min drive) -Kings Island Amusement Park (90 min drive) -Louisville Cave ZIP Line ( 90 min drive) The space Entire house! Fire pit area in yard and lots of patio furniture to enjoy the outside. Driveway has steep grade. Back down for easy loading/unloading. (please see listing pics for driveway) Guest access If available, EARLY CHECKIN is $30. Entire house, however lower level walk out is still being finished (just ceiling needs done). There is a couch, TV and card table and full bathroom in lower level. If you have a pet you must select PET when making the reservation OR WE WILL CHARGE YOU DOUBLE PET FEE post trip. We provide STARTER supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, detergents. Other things to note Paddle board, large floating pad available. Coffeemaker (drip), Crockpot and grilling essentials are also located in kitchen. There are beach towels and a few small adult life jackets available to use during your stay. Each bedroom is equipped with lamps with USB charging ports built in. NO SMOKING Please note: most homes have a grade to the driveway and a steep walkway to lake. Please see pictures.
