This is great for large families, multiple families/couples traveling together or small families that want to spread out. New home just completed and ready for those who enjoy the Coastal Vintage flair in a home. You will be amazed at the creativity in the decor of the home. It is wonderfully decorated in a New Coastal Vintage feel that you will want to stay at while in Port Aransas. You will enjoy the detail and work that went into making this beach vacation home very unique. The ground level features a large open floor plan with a half bath and access to the back patio! The Living area has lots of seating with a couch, loveseat and chairs including a Smart TV. Dining room table seats 10. There are also 4 stools at the kitchen island for supervising the cooks or helping with the prep work! One of the two master king bedrooms with a private bathroom is located on the ground floor and also has direct access to the back patio. (And a mounted Smart TV.) The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs. There is another king bedroom suite with private bathroom. Another bedroom with a queen size bed and the bunk room with two sets of bunks. If you want to relax after a long day, each bedroom includes a mounted Smart TV. There is a large hall bathroom located upstairs that includes two sinks and a tub/shower combo. The additional one bedroom apartment is located off the back of the property, which you can access from the back patio. Climb the stairs to find the private one bedroom apartment that offers a livingroom with Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen and eat up bar seating. This one bedroom offers a queen bed, a mounted Smart TV, a small desk and a full bathroom. There is a washer/dryer available for your use in each separate unit. There is parking for 4 vehicles in the front of the home and parking for 2 more cars located in the back of the home (alley access) on the pavement in front of the garage door. The outdoor patio features lots of seating, a gas grill and corn hole! Community Pool - Port Aransas Community pool offers an amazing community pool and other amenities which is located offsite but within one mile of the house. They offer a heated pool, slides, splash pad, lounge chairs, shades, pickle ball courts, skateboard park, swings and playground. Please see Port Aransas Community Pool for open hours and cost to access the pool area. Guest access Guest does not have access to the garage Other things to note Please note..... A limited number of supplies, bath, beach and kitchen towels are provided. We supply a few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags but please plan to bring extra! The back garage is NOT part of the rental. You have access to patio area from the house (side and back door) as well as the front parking area. And the one bedroom located above the garage. No pets allowed. Minimum age requirement of 25. Guests are required to sign our more in-depth legal rental agreement, which is emailed immediately after booking confirmation, to complete entire booking process legal agreement needs to be signed and refundable security deposit scheduled. Failing to do so, owner reserves the rights to cancel the booking.
