Enjoy beautiful lake views while strolling around Sleeper’s Point and Smith Cove. Our home feature a queen bedroom, a full bed with a twin trundle bedroom, and another full bed with a twin trundle bedroom. Enjoy the brand new deck and outdoor shower (seasonal). PET FRIENDLY Please make sure to add your pet(s) to your reservation so the $40/per pet fee can be included. This fee is required by our cleaning team for the extra care and cleaning after pet stays. Thank you! Guest access Guests have access to the house with three-season porch. Basement is off limits and locked for guest's safety. Other things to note We provide you with a starter set of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels out of courtesy; however, if your stay is longer than a weekend you may want to plan ahead and restock during your grocery trip! -We do our best to keep the propane tanks full for your stay. However, if a tank happens to run out, we may not be able to replace it immediately. If needed, please feel free to have it refilled, and we will gladly reimburse you for the cost! Close to all the attractions that the lakes region has to offer: concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion (15 min), hiking at Mt. Major and other great trails (5 mins), Skiing at Gunstock Mtn (10 mins), boat launching at West Alton Marina (3 mins), Weirs Beach/Laconia (15 min), Alton town beach (10 mins).
