Welcome to the Toho-Tally Toho-Tel! Our expansive tree-home nestled in the grand and tranquil pines as your gateway to Northern Arizona. Enjoy all our home has to offer with towering picture windows in the open living area, opening to the wrap around deck with nature at your doorstep. Relax in the large hot tub, grill on the outdoor patio, and cuddle around the gas firepit. Comprised of 3 unique living quarters, perfect for multiple families or groups. We're Toho-Tally excited to welcome you! The space This home is comprised of ample living space with 6 bedrooms made up with 2 king beds and 4 queens, along with 3 unique living/lounging areas as well as multiple kitchens to cook up an exceptionally great time! There are 2 couches which pulls out into queen sleeper sofas and 1 couch pulling out into a twin sized sleeper sofa, all of which we provide sheets, extra blankets, and pillows. All rooms and living areas are connected and accessible within the same home, so no need to voyage outside ever to connect with the rest of the group. The simplest way to describe the "breakup" of the spaces is this: Space 1 - 3 bed (K, Q, Q), 2 bath, living room, kitchen Space 2 - 2 bed (K, Q), 1 bath, living room (2 sleeper sofas, Q + T), kitchen Space 3 - 1 bed (Q), 1 bath, living room (1 sleeper sofa, Q), kitchen The outdoor areas are composed of multiple patios and decks which give different privacy and community gathering areas. Walk out of the main living and dining area onto the oversized wrap around deck with seating for all to enjoy morning coffee or evening stories. The side patio is equipped with an in-line gas grill, lounging hammock, outdoor dining, and connection to the fire pit and hot tub. Hot tub has seating for 7 but will almost certainly overflow when reaching 7 guest capacity. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property (minus the storage shed/garage). There is parking for up to 6 vehicles. The main paver driveway is 2 cars wide and 2 cars deep, so room for 4 with 2 cars being blocked in. The off-road parking (parallel to the street) can hold 2 more vehicles. 50A EV charger ready to use at your convenience found in the driveway. Other things to note There shall be absolultely ZERO tolerance for parties and excessive noise on the property. We have installed decibel monitoring devices to notify us of any sustained excessive noise happening on the property. As stated in the house rules, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and beyond this there should never be excessive noise such as loud music, yelling and/or partying of any kind. We will take immediate action on any warnings that are reported to us, either from high decibel readings or neighbors reporting issues to us. It is a privilege that we are able to share our home with you, but we do live in a neighborhood with other permanent residents who we are friendly with and have trusted us with running a well-controlled rental. Please respect them by abiding by these simple rules
