Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees. The space Our house is located directly on the beautiful church of St. Kilian and the old church wall is part of the outer wall of our house. So you will be staying in a historic building with its own personal touch. Despite the "old walls," the furnishings will surprise you. The high ceilings on the first floor and the exposed wooden beams are something very special. You will even find one or two designer pieces including a 75-inch TV with Ambilight. The kitchen is fully equipped. You don't even have to bring spices and coffee. It is cozy with us and you will definitely feel very comfortable. Especially when you sit on the large terrace of the house and the view falls into the treetops of the neighboring linden trees, you can unwind. In less than 1 minute you are on the banks of the Main and the beautiful Maaraue peninsula with the largest outdoor pool directly at the Rhine-Main river mouth. You still live centrally, as you can get to Mainz very quickly from our house, but also to Wiesbaden and Frankfurt. Public transportation is sufficient and very close by. There are also a number of shops and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Modern living in a historic house that we have lovingly and richly furnished. Give it a try! We'd love to meet you! Guest access Since you are renting the whole house, you also have access to all areas of the house. Other things to note A tourist tax of €5.00/night is due for each adult guest, payable upon arrival. For this you will receive a visitor's card, which is associated with numerous attractive advantages in Wiesbaden (discounts for baths, theaters, museums, etc.). You have to pay a visitor tax at your arrival - €5.00/night per adult, children are free. Having the Wiesbaden visitor's card, you benefit from discounts on e.g. museums, theater and other attractions.
