Lake Charlevoix: Beautiful Summer Vacation Home!

Very clean cottage in a great location with a fabulous large, sandy beach that is unique to Lake Charlevoix. The space This warm, cozy cottage is located less than a mile away from a marina where you can rent jet skis, boats or launch your own. Off the back of the cottage is an open, grassy area with a picnic table and space to play outdoor games. Only 7 minutes from downtown Charlevoix and less than 30 minutes from the Northern Michigan towns of Petoskey, Walloon Lake, and Boyne City where there are lots of fun things to do. The cottage features a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Other things to note From May 28 to September 3, guests must reserve a minimum of 7 nights. Check-in and check-out will only be on Friday. From September 3 to October 8, guests must reserve a minimum of 2 nights. If renting on Friday, you must reserve through Sunday. If renting on Labor Day weekend, check-in is on Friday and check-out on Monday (three nights).
