A beautifully designed Spanish inspired home in the heart of St Petersburg. Conveniently located close to the freeway and St Pete's exciting downtown with fun shops, restaurants, and museums. It's close to the beaches & Tropicana where the Rays play. The space Guests have the whole house which includes: the living room, dining rooms, main kitchen, outside patio with a dining and TV lounge, backyard and bbq, and laundry room. All rooms feature their own kitchenettes equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and glassware. Guests are provided ample towels for the bathroom and beach, along with toiletries. All rooms have private baths, small kitchenettes, king beds, Wifi, Roku TV & A/C. 2 of the bedrooms also features futon couches that turn into small beds. The owner, Maria, lives on site in a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. If anything is needed she will be available, but the house and property will be all yours. Guest access Centrally located between downtown and the St Pete Beach, enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay.
