You’ll love the views, the space, the comfortable rooms, the heated indoor pool, the sauna, and the kitchen, stocked with all the tools you’ll need in a home away from home. We also have an EV charging station. Guest access The home is fully accessible with the exception of the owners closet next to the laundry room, the utility room off the bunk room, and the utility room off the pool. We request you stay out of the orchard, but you are welcome to photograph the deer that are frequently found amongst the trees. Other things to note With the operating orchard, the farmers do use spray at certain times during the year. At those times, you will want to avoid the spray by parking away from the trees. Also because of the orchard, there is generally wildlife on or around the property, including but not limited to deer, geese, marmots, squirrels, mice, etc. We also have bugs when there is fruit on the trees. This can be limited by keeping screens and doors closed and by keeping food put away. If it’s fruit fly season, we will provide fruit fly traps. We usually see them in late August, early September. On occasion, there are some strong winds that blow on the view side of the property. It has not lessened our enjoyment of the place. And while there are orchard trees and pine trees between the house and the highway, there is some road noise. The age of the house means it’s well loved. We hope you will take care to keep it in good repair. The deck is old and worn but functional. Shoes must be worn on the deck. It’s too rough to go barefoot. This property, while able to house many, is a family place. It’s not meant for parties or wild nights. Bring your families. Enjoy a bottle of wine. Come to relax and enjoy. If you want to overindulge, this is not the place for you.
