The Space This fully furnished guest cabin offers the perfect balance of comfort and privacy. *Front porch living.- Relax in oversized wooden rocking chairs or fire up your private propane grill (propane provided). Just off the porch, soak under the stars in your own private hot tub. * Grilling enthusiasts welcome- Cook with your private grill, or head poolside where you’ll find a Grand Turbo propane grill and a large smoker (bring your own wood) * Cozy Interiors- Flat screen TVs with Roku, comfy living space, and a well equipped kitchen with coffee maker(pods + grounds, starter pods & sugar provided), toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, martini & wine glasses. (Note: no dishwasher in the cabin, but one is available in the pool cabana if you cook poolside.) * Bedroom & Bath- Rest easy in the queen-sized bed with quality linens, dresser, nightstands, and TV. The bathroom offers a pedestal sink, Roman-style columns, and a large two-person tub/shower combo. 🌴 Shared Amenities ( Shared only with the guests of the second units across the circular driveway-max 2 adults- so it never feels crowded.) * 40:’ diving pool with limestone waterfall (not heated). *:Reflective glass fire pit * Bocce ball court * Poolside cabana with full outdoor kitchen, fireplace, TV & stereo * Eucalyptus steam room * Washer & dryer (inside cabana) 📍Location Just 30 minutes from San Antonio attractions like La Cantera Mall, Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and the River Walk, Grocery and essentials are close by (HEB and Walmart ~15 min). Music lovers will enjoy being only 8 miles from the historic Flores’s country Store, known for its live concerts. Government Canyon state natural area is also close by for scenic trails. ‼️Things to Know • Maximum 2 adult guests per unit. • For the comfort and privacy of all, facilities are for registered guests only—no additional visitors permitted. ❤️Our philosophy is simple: everyone deserves time to relax and enjoy life. We treat our guests like extended family—always available if you need us, but respectful of your privacy so you can fully unwind in the Texas Hill Country. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of private hot tub located just off the porch. There is another hot tub reserved for the exclusive use of the guests staying in the other rental unit and they have been provided a key to unlock the hot tub cover. The pool area, pool cabana, steam room, fire pit are shared with the occupants of unit 2. Use of the facilities are restricted to number of guests listed on the reservation. There are property managers that live onsite. Other things to note Children are not allowed unless you have rented both of the units. Guests are limited to the guests listed on the reservations unless you have made arrangements in advance with property owner. Please do not leave dirty dishes and clean up after yourself (including grill) while using the pool cabana. The pool cabana and pool area are shared with one other rental unit (2 guests).
