Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo! This 2BR/1BA condominium is located in Clearwater, FL in a quiet, off-the-road community. Only 19 minutes from Tampa International Airport and a short 14 minute drive to our beautiful white sand beaches! If the sand is not your thing, take advantage of the year-round heated pool located directly across from the building! There is a lot to do nearby, making it easy to find something to suit everyone’s tastes! The space This 2nd floor, 2BR/1BA, will be completely yours during this stay!!! Guest access The condo community has access to 3 heated pools and 3 on-site coin laundry facilities. One is conveniently located directly across from the condo, so no need to drive anywhere to relax! Other things to note It is a pet-free community, so unfortunately, there will be no furry family members allowed during the stay. Security Deposit- if there are any damages to the home during your stay, you may be charged the value of replacement or repair of the item. Grills are not permitted on the balcony, but there is an outdoor area behind the pool that provides community grills, picnic tables, and a car wash (which is also a great place to wash sand off of the beach items). Upon booking, You will be sent a link and asked to complete a brief identification form that acknowledges that you understand the Condo rules and provides the information that is needed to receive a parking permit for your stay.
