Anglers will treasure the roomy parking, trophy fish stand and quick access to the Intercoastal Water Way. Binge watchers will be pleased to have smart TVs throughout. Chefs will be delighted in the new kitchen. Grill also available. Sip your coffee on the balcony at sun rise and relax in the spa at sunset! EV cars have a 220v charger available. The adventure begins…. The space Enjoy your coffee on the balcony at sunrise. Smart tvs have active Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple + and Hulu streaming services. Any additional purchases or rentals will be charged to the guest. Smart home features: video doorbell, outside cameras, thermostats, smoke detectors and video hubs. Boat lift requires advance approval of boat size and availability. Extra fee may apply to make lift available. There are cleats mounted on the dock for temporary mooring at no charge. Guest access Entire home including dock to canal, outdoor cooking space, balcony, and an abundance of parking space. All properties and docks in neighborhood are privately owned. Other things to note This is a 2-story island style home. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are upstairs, bedroom 3 is downstairs and access only through outside. Stairs are located outside the home. Neighborhood is all privately owned, POA rules for nighttime quite hours are 10PM-6AM Sun-Thu and 11PM-6AM Fri-Sat. No large parties or events allowed. Very family and friendly environment for those wanting to enjoy time on the beach, water or town and have and get a good night's sleep.
