Close to several outstanding vineyards! The space This mountain cottage is highlighted by the 1st-floor porch and the stunning second-floor balcony on the front of the house. Inside, the first floor boasts an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. The back door leads to a small backyard with a Hot Tub! The cozy living room area has a 55" Smart TV equipped with Amazon Prime and Netflix! The home is set up with brand new Starlink wifi (installed Oct 2023). These much-improved Wi-Fi speeds are ideal for remote work, streaming shows, and web browsing. The second floor consists of two separate bedroom suites and a small laundry room. The master bedroom on the right has a King Bed, a desk/workstation, walk-in closet, bathroom, and a private balcony. The guest bedroom on the left has 2 queen size beds, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom. Work from home in the master bedroom's mini office equipped with a desk, desk chair, computer monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, and HDMI cables. Guest access A private dirt road brings you up the mountain and into the beautiful Bear Creek neighborhood. The road looks steep at first, but don't worry, I have a 2WD sedan and have not had any problems getting up or down. . Guests will be given a code to the smart lock for the front door before their arrival. Tap the screen above the door handle and you will be prompted to enter your code. There are several parking spots in the driveway in front of the house. Other things to note Although Asheville is known for its Breweries, this home is nestled in the Vineyard region!
