Garden City Beach Life

Thank for inquiring about staying at our beach condo. We look forward to you staying with us. Please remember you must be at least 26 years old to book with us. We offer daily & weekly rental. A two day Minimum stay. However, for the months of Jun, July and Aug we only offer weekly rental. We require our guest to stay a minimum of 6 nights. You may either rent from Saturday to Sunday or Sunday to Saturday. You may also rent for 5 nights as long as the nights are weekdays only. Monday to Friday. The space Our condo uniquely designed for the Modern day family! Plenty of space for a family of 9. We are right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view in Garden City Beach. Plenty of space. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms full kitchen/with stainless steel appliances and elegant furniture. For your convenience We have cable tv as well as WiFi. You can also enjoy a beautiful side ocean view off of the balcony. Other things to note Thank for inquiring about staying at our beach front condo. We would love for you and your family to stay with us, Please remember for the months of June, July and August we only rent weekly with a minimum of 5 nights. You may either rent from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Saturday . You may also rent for 5 days as long as your days falls between Monday through Friday.
