WE DON 'T RENT TO WORKERS. The space House with stairs (access to the upper floor and the terrace), semi-detached with neighbors who respect your peace and quiet. Pleasant holiday home of 80 m² located in Vic-sur-Cère (15800), in the Cere valley in the heart of Cantal. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall, a laundry room with a separate toilet and washing machine (public dryer nearby), and a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, and appliances. A 40 m² living and dining area with a 3-seater sofa, armchair, TV, and a table for 5 people. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom (160-cm bed) with access to a balcony and an unobstructed view of Vic-sur-Cère, ideal for enjoying breakfast or simply relaxing with a book, a second bedroom (140-cm bed), a children’s bedroom (90-cm bed) with a large dressing area, and a bathroom with a toilet. During your stay, you can enjoy a terrace and a 200 m² enclosed garden; a barbecue, garden furniture, and deckchairs are also available for your use. Free parking is available nearby.
