This incredible penthouse apartment extends over the entire second floor of the vacation home built in 2021 with a total of 5 units. Modern fixtures, underfloor heating, a fireplace and high-quality furnishings with attention to detail ensure a pure "feel-good" stay. The approx. 200 m² apartment incl. terrace has incredible sea views and gives the feeling of being surrounded by water. On the other side you can see the mountains - Cape Town feeling! The space The non-smoking apartment has three bedrooms. 2 of them are equipped with a 180 cm bed and 2 x 160 cm beds. This makes it ideal for 6 people. The master bedroom is connected to a large, open bathroom and a dressing room. The smaller bedrooms share an approx. 12 sqm bathroom with bidet, toilet and shower. The storage room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Cozy sun loungers and a gas grill invite you to spend the day and evening on the huge, partially covered terrace. To cool off, the in-house pool, which is used by all units, is at your disposal. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, ceramic stovetop, Thermomix, bread slicer, coffee maker, dishwasher and more, the apartment is equipped with 4 smart TVs (in each bedroom and in the living room). The underfloor heating and the fireplace in the spacious living room promise a cozy and relaxing vacation even in the low season. The pool is available from April 1 April to 30 October and is heated in the low season (28-30°C) Internet is of course available free of charge. Our vacation guests have their own parking spaces in the outdoor area as well as sun loungers and ullas directly on the beach. Guest access Parking is available right in front of the house. The parking spaces are secured with a gate. Other things to note With this apartment, we have fulfilled our private dream. Unfortunately, we cannot use it as much, so we have decided to rent it out. We have put a lot of love into this apartment and hope that our guests will relax and feel just as comfortable there as we do. In summer, it's a dream, but also in the low season, it's an oasis of relaxation with long walks and incredible sunsets. Basically, the apartment is ideal for families with 4 children and also with the in-laws/parents together, but also for 2 families with one child. An additional baby crib (up to 2 years) also fits easily. The apartment is also suitable for 6 adults - but for this I need a good gut feeling in terms of renting ...
