Dana Point Permit #STR16-0438 The space Our little 1 bedroom cottage which sleeps 4 is uniquely located between some of California's most visited places - LA, San Diego, Laguna Beach, Disneyland, Sea World, Legoland, Universal Studios, movie studios, Hollywood, La Jolla, and LA and San Diego zoos - with the best weather in the world and Pines Park 2 blocks away to watch the sun go down in the evening and to watch the kids play in the playground during the day. Please note that this cottage has ceiling fans, but no air conditioning - being 1000 feet from the ocean we rarely need it. Like many original homes near the beach, this home does not have AC. The home typically stays cool and comfortable and the weather is usually moderate year-round. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance and have access to a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room with detergent. The fenced yard has a gas grill with utensils, 2 chairs and a glider. Other things to note Our cottage is 750 square feet and was totally remodeled in 2012. There is free parking for two vehicles in the driveway. There is a small dining area with a table for four people. Bed and bath linens included. A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels are provided. We also provide a new high chair and portable crib for our little visitors. All bath, bed and kitchen linens are provided as well as hand and dish soaps. There is a 65" HD TV with a sound bar, blu-ray player and cable. There is Wi-Fi as well.
