This adorable, cozy cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed & a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It contains one bathroom with all towels & linens needed for your stay. It is conveniently located on Hwy 255 near South Toledo State Park, Sam Forse Collins Recreation Area, Sabine ATV Park, and South Toledo Boat Launch. Amenities include a full kitchen, coffee pot, wifi, laundry, a covered picnic area with a grill, outdoor dining furniture & kayaks. The space The cabin is part of a larger property, comprised of 4 cabins and 4 RV spaces with hookups. It is the perfect place for friends and family to gather for a reunion if some family members have RVs. Other things to note We have 4 kayaks on site that are complimentary to all our guests. All guests also have full access laundry 24/7, the picnic area with an outdoor dining table & seating, a large BBQ grill, a fire pit with a cooking rack, picnic tables, a 10X10 dog kennel, & electrical outlets for charging phones or hooking up a speaker while you grill.
