The fully-stocked chef's kitchen with professional appliances including a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Miele double ovens, a SubZero fridge plus wine fridge and a farm table for 8 will appeal to the cooks in your group. The movie room is also a favorite hangout with lots of comfy seating, another cozy fireplace and a 77" OLED TV complete with full surround sound to view your favorite movies and shows. The primary bedroom suite offers a king size canopy bed designed by Leanne Ford for Crate & Barrel with luxury linens and a huge bath with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet. The wallpaper queen bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with shower over tub and a wall-in closet. The 3rd bedroom is like 2 rooms in 1 with a queen bed on 1 side and a bunkbed on the other. It is also right next to the third full bath and has a sliding door that leads directly into the atrium. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and all bathrooms are complete with ample towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Other things to note WiFi & Cellular Reception Somerset Ranch House is equipped with Starlink satellite internet service. Delivering consistently high-speed, low latency Wi-Fi to your phones, laptops and other wireless devices. The best cellular reception in the Ranch House is Verizon and AT&T. Devices on these networks will perform well, but may experience an occasional drop in reception. We encourage guests to use their mobile phone or cellular-enabled tablet as a tethered hotspot as an alternative to the Ranch House WiFi if performance is inadequate. Outdoor Gas Grill 1) Underneath the grill you’ll find a gas valve. Turn valve to vertical position for gas flow. 2) Press and turn large knobs on from of grill to release gas. Turn small igniter knobs repeatedly until flame is on. 3) Please clean grate with wire grill brush when finished grilling. 4) Please turn off gas valve (horizontal position) when finished using grill. Music The Ranch House is equipped with a Several Klipsch Bluetooth speakers for streaming high fidelity music. Events We welcome small gatherings and professional photography sessions on our property with written consent and additional fees. Pets While we are dog friendly (2 max), we require that you tell us about your pet before reserving so we can make sure it’s an appropriate fit and you agree to an additional cleaning fee plus proof of flea/tick medication. Due to severe allergies NO cats, no exceptions. House Rules • No events, meetings, photo shoots or filming without prior permission. • No more than 8 adults or 10 person max overnight allowed. • Max 2 dogs with proof of current tick and flea meds and crated when alone. • Due to severe allergies - NO cats. • No smoking. • Quiet hours 10pm-7am which means no amplified music outdoors. • Please acknowledge there's an unfenced pond on the property plus a swimming pool (fenced) therefore children should be supervised at all times. • While we have yet to see any on our property, there are reports of bears, coyotes, mountain lions and/or rattlesnakes in the area so please take precautions with pets and children. • Please acknowledge that we use security cameras - exterior ONLY - to monitor deliveries, wildlife and weather i.e. wildfires.
