It is set so that when kids go in and out of the doors, we know they are going out, so nothing needs to be touched or changed. ☀ Please note that this is a gated community. To ensure smooth entry, kindly provide guest lists in advance ☀ The beaches the golf course the clubhouse and the equestrian center are available to anybody who has access to the lake as this is a gated community ☀ There are two pool passes. But extra guest passes can be obtained. The house has easy access to the water and the cove is such that swimming and paddleboat etc is amazing right there. It is great to sit on the dock as the kids play in the water or jump in and have a swim with them. ☀ Check-in would be with the security guard at the gated entrance. There is plenty of parking in the House. Fortunately, the property lots 4 car parking. ☀Paddle Boat Use: Guests are welcome to enjoy the paddle boat during their stay. Please remember to take the paddle boat out of the water when you're finished using it. This helps keep the area clean and ensures the boat stays in great condition for future guests.
