ATT FISHERMEN: COVERED BOAT PARKING Welcome to “The Barn”, this is a cozy 2nd floor apartment in a 60 X 60 barn, part of an 18 acres estate with a large pond view, country living and horses. Accessible within minutes to the city of Scottsboro in North Alabama, major shopping center, restaurants, nearby tourist attraction, boat ramps for fishing tournament, the famous “Unclaimed Baggage Center”,State Parks and Caverns, Waterfalls, the great outdoors and more. Business travelers are welcome. Guest access You will be able to see The Barn from the road, drive in through the entrance with the two horses statues. Go behind the big house straight to the barn, the white door is open, go in, light switches are to the right side, turn the first switch on, that will lit the stairs, apartment is on the second fl. Your door code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. Note: When you arrive please take ten minutes to read the manual on the kitchen counter for detailed instructions concerning your stay. Thank you. Other things to note DOGS ALLOWED (no cats or other animals classified as pets are allowed) Maximum of one medium size dog between 25 and 55 lbs is allowed. Maximum of two small size dogs will be allowed up to 20 lbs. Note: Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofa and loveseat, please make sure your dog(s) are trained accordingly. Airbnb makes many recommendations in order to accept dogs and make it a pleasant stay for both the host and the guest. Accordingly it is imperative to implement the following rules: 1 - Dog(s) must be house trained, friendly and leashed when necessary. 2 - guests with dogs must accept full responsibility for damages caused by their dog and cover all cost to restore the premises which may include the loss of rental income if cancellation of the next guest becomes necessary. 4 - the dog cannot be left alone in the unit (dogs become stressed when traveling and if left alone they are more prone to cause damages). 5 - yards and grounds are used by other guests and visitors and must be kept free of poop, guests must be mindful in curving their pets and properly disposing of their poop. Note: guest that travel with crates may leave their pet crated for short periods of time (while shopping or attending other events where pets may not be allowed) in the garage area of the barn, never in the apartment.
