Point Venture is located in Texas Hill Country outside of Austin on the north bank of Lake Travis. This 2-story, 3-bed/2.5-bath is a great oasis if you are looking for a quick weekend getaway or a place to relax and unwind for a longer vacation. Our home is perfect for entertaining with activities such as golf, pool access and boating all within walking distance. Other amenities include access to the marina/restaurant, gym, a 50-acre private park, pickleball courts, golf course and boat rentals. As you walk in the entryway, you will notice the split level with stairs leading up to the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom; while the downstairs hosts two guest bedrooms, a separate living area with pull out couch and laundry room. The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with separate sinks and spacious shower. The kitchen, dining area and living room are great for entertaining thanks to the open floor plan and attached balcony which is perfect for sitting and watching golfers play through and the sun set over lake Travis. Additionally, there is a half bath in the upstairs living area which is available for guests to use. Downstairs there are two bedrooms featuring a queen size bed and bunk beds. The second smaller living area has a tv and pull-out sofa bed. A full bathroom and laundry room complete the downstairs area. The driveway is large enough to accommodate up to four cars. The golf course, park, marina and pool area are all within a half mile to mile distance and can be accessed by car or foot with the provided access key card. We live 30 minutes from the house so if anything is needed please don't hesitate to message us It's a quaint neighborhood, with alot of outdoor amenities. It is outside of the Austin city limits in the hill country and away from all the hustle and bustle of the downtown scene. All community amenities are walkable, or a 2 minute car ride.
