The house comes completely furnished. The Emerald Lake community offers 5 lakes with a beach, playground, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court and more. Use of the amenities requires guest passes in the form of guest badges at $15 per person, per day or $20 per person, for 3 days. Week long is $40 per person. Guest badges are available for purchase at the Emerald Lakes Administration Office only at 1112 Glade drive S. Long Pond PA, M-SAT 8-4. Please ask for more details if interested in using the amenities during your stay. Please note that due to COVID, accessibility to amenities may be unavailable. Other things to note: • We have no smoking policy inside the house, $500 cleaning fee imposed for marijuana as well as cigarettes • Smoking outdoors is acceptable.
