The property is just 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of Chamonix and the world famous Aguille du Midi. Ideal for groups of up to 6, the chalet can sleep up to 8, using a sofa bed in the master bedroom. The whole house has 5 bedrooms, but we are temporarily offering just these 3 bedrooms, with the apartment downstairs closed off. On one side there is a sitting area with 2 Natuzzi sofa chairs and additional sofa and armchair and on the opposite side is a dining table easily seating 8. The living room features a double height ceiling at one side with climbing sculpture by a Thai artist. Large sliding windows provide access to the balcony and terrace with outdoor furniture. This is a great space for enjoying your meals alfresco during the summer months. The open plan kitchen is separated from the living space by a breakfast bar built from local granite reclaimed from the original house before renovation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater. There is a full-size oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. For relaxation after an active day on the mountain you can soothe any aching muscles in the sauna. The chalet is also equipped with a TV to allow you to switch off in front of a film. For your convenience the chalet also features a utility room with washing machine, a separate Boot Room with ski and boot storage, and warm air boot dryer. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all of the areas in the photos. Other things to note In winter, make sure you have snow tyres or chains.
