Providence House…a historic, charming Bungalow.

This charming bungalow has been updated tastefully, keeping its authentic “Craftsman” charm. Updated kitchen, original hardwood floors throughout the house, large front porch with sitting area, built-in USB plugs in every room, an updated bathroom including built-in blue tooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite playlist while enjoying the rainwater shower head makes this cozy and tastefully decorated home a unique clean, comfortable getaway … just like your home away from home. The space This property provides a covered front porch with sectional seating for 5 people. There are two living areas, one featuring a record player and board games (no television) and a second living area that can be opened up to the first living area, or closed off for privacy - and has a television and sound bar sound system. This "TV room" (the second living area) features a large sofa with cushioned ottoman that can be used for an extra sleeping area if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials for cooking/baking with labeled drawers/cabinets. Also included is a coffee bar with organic teas, coffees, Keurig coffee maker (complimentary organic coffee K-cups are provided). There is also whole bean organic coffee provided and a coffee grinder in case you'd like to make yours fresh! Stevia sweetener and basic coffee creamer (in refrigerator) are also provided. There is a large capacity stackable washer/dryer located in the hallway, and *Clean People laundry detergent sheets are provided ( under the kitchen sink). This is the detergent used on all towels and linens in this home. *Clean People contains no harsh chemicals, no parabens, phosphates, dyes, or other harmful ingredients, is not stored in plastic jugs and is vegan & cruelty free. Also available for use are 100% New Zealand Organic Wool dryer balls (also available under the kitchen sink). These wool dryer balls are a safer alternative to dryer sheets and liquid fabric softeners, and are used on all towels and linens in this home. Dryer balls help to lift and separate laundry as it tumbles, which reduces drying time, wrinkles and static by allowing hot air to circulate more evenly, and are biodegradable and free of dyes, chemicals and fragrances. Organic essential oils are sprayed on the wool balls for freshening. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a twin sized day bed. The two queen bedrooms have a window AC unit for use in the summer, to boost the Central H&A (some like it especially cool in the summer evenings or prefer the white noise). All pillows and mattresses are sealed with allergen covers (entirely contained with zipped encasements) to keep all bedding sanitary and allergen free. Mattresses also have 3" memory foam cooling gel mattress toppers for added comfort. If you'd like to listen to your favorite playlist while taking a shower, you can connect to the Blue Tooth Vent Fan ... just look for "Sensonic Vent Fan" in your bluetooth devices on your phone and enjoy the rainwater shower head! There is a Cuisinart two burner dual fuel propane BBQ grill available for use in the backyard. There is a small patio in the backyard, and a 43" propane gas fire pit. Guest access The entire home is available for your use. The portion of the backyard which is fenced in is solely for the use of guests. Other things to note I try to make every effort to make my guests comfortable and am open to listen to any requests you may have to make your stay more comfortable.
