Our lake house is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a beautiful community 45 minutes from the West Gate of Yosemite National Park. Our pet-friendly house is in a quiet residential area, a two-minute drive to Lake Lodge Beach, which has a public swimming area, new playground, and plenty of parking. The house is updated with a new A/C and heater, comfortable beds, and a large deck with retractable sun-shade. Our house is perfect for two families. It is furnished with three bedrooms-space for 8 in the bedrooms or 10 if you include the trundle bed in the living room: BR #1- California King bed BR #2- Queen bed BR#3- Two sets of bunk beds (4 total beds) Living room has a trundle bed (sleeps 2) There are two full bathrooms, dining area with large table and counter with barstools, and a kitchen with almost every appliance and utensil you'll need, including cast-iron skillets. One of our favorite features is the 500 square foot redwood deck (with shade cover) to enjoy outdoor dining or to view the stars at night. You can also enjoy: - Free Wifi - Four new smart TVs (in the living room and in every bedroom). Use your own login to access any of your favorite streaming services. There's also a Blu Ray player in the living room. - Very well stocked kitchen-pots, pans, utensils, cooking staples (oils, spices, etc.) dishwasher and many small appliances. - Washer and dryer with laundry detergent. - All linens, pillows, and blankets, towels, wash cloths, etc. - A very nice pak-n-play. - Some lake gear - beach towels, chairs, fishing poles, life jackets, and a pop-up tent. - Tons of board and card games. - Coffee and tea station with a large coffee pot, small coffee pot, espresso machine. Ground coffee and espresso are provided, as well as hot chocolate and several types of tea. Please be aware that there is a one time $46 per car fee charged at the gate by Pine Mountain Lake. The fee pays for unlimited entry/exit during your stay and also provides your guest pass allowing you access to many Pine Mountain Lake amenities including lake access, public swimming pool, golf course, horseback riding, fishing, dog run, hiking trails, tennis courts. Please note that some amenities (e.g., swimming pool, golf, and tennis courts) require reservations and may have additional fees. In the summer months, a free water taxi takes guests around to different beach destinations around the lake. We must provide the name of whomever is driving when you check in. We will add your name to the guest list. You will have to provide identification with that name to be permitted inside. As long as you have the pass in your car, you will not be required to check in again. There is enough parking for four cars. Three will fit in our driveway, and there is another off-street parking space on the side of the house. Please do not park in the street- you will be ticketed. The neighborhood is a quiet, residential area. You can easily walk to the lake but will need a car to get to the store and other amenities. There is parking for four cars in the two driveways in front of the house. All guests are subject to Pine Mountain Lake's regulations. You will be provided with a copy of the Guest and Renters guide book. It includes rules and general information. There is also a hard copy at the house.
