The apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of an old villa built in 1907 and offers, in addition to contemporary modern comfort, an ingenious panoramic view of Lake Tegernsee with its mountains. Here the name "Talblick Tegernsee" is really the program! You can enjoy an absolutely fantastic view of the Tegernsee Valley from both the bay window and the balconies – in summer and winter, day and night. And without being visible yourself! The space The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms on 110 square meters: the first bedroom with a double bed 180 × 200 cm, the second bedroom with a double bed 180 × 200 cm AND a small child's bed 140 × 70 cm (crib), the third bedroom with two single beds each 100 × 200. In addition, you will find in the apartment a large kitchen with high-quality modern full equipment, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a wardrobe area and a cozy living room with a modern double-sided fireplace and HD flat-screen TV. The living room has a unique bay window that is slightly separated from the room. This rustic bay window (in the tower of the house) is the absolute highlight of the apartment and with its large table offers enough space for cozy dinners, exuberant game evenings or also for the enjoyment of a good glass of wine in the great ambience with views of Lake Tegernsee and the mountains. In addition, our apartment offers you two large balconies with southeast and southwest orientation. Here you can enjoy the sun and the panorama around the clock and also have a cozy breakfast or grill for dinner. A small gas grill is also available! Please note: A maximum of 6 adults plus one toddler (up to about 3 years) can be accommodated! 7 adults are NOT possible and will not be accommodated by us. Thank you Guest access Access to the apartment is via the staircase to the (separate) apartment door. A single parking space for a car directly in the courtyard of the house belongs to the apartment. Unfortunately, a second parking space is not possible. Additional vehicles must be parked on the adjacent street. Other things to note In addition to the apartment, the old building villa has two other residential units, one of which your landlords live in themselves (first floor). So we are here for you: if something should be missing - just let us know! A shed in the garden of the house can be used to store skis, bicycles or SUPs (not lockable). As an additional extra, you will receive the Tegernsee Card from us - for an entertaining and active vacation!
