GOLF Resort Steps Away-Historic Home- Near Wigwam

Come enjoy our little piece of 1950! This quaint home in historic Old Litchfield Park is just steps from the iconic Wigwam Resort. Have a walk through the Wigwam's beautiful grounds, listen to live music or enjoy the restaurants and golf. This 4 bedroom home sleeps up to 9 people in 5 separate beds, one of which is a trundle. Large backyard for you to enjoy the Phoenix weather. The space City Regulations require these notifications and checks: ~"This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Litchfield Park Code Section 8-8-3. The City of Litchfield Park short-term rental registration number for this property is (being processed)." ~Every Short Term Rental host in Litchfield Park is required to do a check to see whether anyone staying in the home is on the Registered Sex Offender list. We will need to check legal ID to do this. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We allow dogs only. There will be a $75 per pet fee. Please check for breed and size restrictions before booking. We welcome you to enjoy the convenient location in a family neighborhood, close to several green grass parks, duck ponds and Wigwam Resort. The neighborhood pool is a 5 minute walk from the home. There is a small charge (less than $3) per person, per day to use the pool. If you want a luxury experience, you can book a Day Pass for the Wigwam Resort thru an online site. ~~We also manage another home just a few houses away from this one ~~We will consider dogs with a $75 per pet fee. We would expect the home to have all traces of your pet gone when you leave the home. It includes hair, smells and feces from the home and yard. Please check with us before booking if you are bringing along your dog. We will not accept every pet. Guest access ~You have full access to the entire house. It is for you alone. There is no on-site host living in the home. We do live close by and can be there quickly, if needed. Other things to note ~~As per Airbnb requirements, you are notified that there is a Ring Doorbell security camera with sound, outside the home at the front door, pointed towards the street and the only pathway leading to the entrance to the home. You are not allowed to disable or obscure it in any way. If you do, we get a notification. ~~Summer Energy Use~~It should not be a surprise that Phoenix is hot in the summer. We have deeply discounted the home to include modest energy use. As such the thermostat is set to allow you to adjust temperatures between 72-78 in the summer. These are normal, comfortable room temperatures. If you need lower temperatures, this is not the home for you. Turning a thermostat lower than 70 with outside temperatures at 100+ can damage an AC unit. Welcome and feel safe!
