Adjacent to the living room, the dining area exudes charm, with built-in shelves filled with an array of bar glasses and quirky knick-knacks. A dining table for four invites intimate gatherings, while an additional four seats at the kitchen counter make room for lively breakfasts or casual conversations over coffee. Your culinary adventures await in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials plus a dishwasher and a pantry for all your food storage needs. The adventure continues down the hallway, leading you to a spacious backyard: a private oasis featuring a deck, a fenced-in grassy area, a dining table, and plenty of shade for those sun-soaked Austin afternoons. Inside, the primary bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation. A plush king bed, two dressers, room-darkening curtains, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, ample closet space, a smart TV, and the luxury of hotel-quality linens guarantee a restful night's sleep. The remaining two bedrooms feature cozy queen beds, wrapped in custom luxury hotel-quality linens, and ample closet space for your belongings. A fully stocked bathroom in the hallway, equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, caters to the needs of all guests. Free street parking is available nearby for your convenience. The garage is not included with this rental. Other things to note We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties. 4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) Minimum age requirement is 25 7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
