Built in 2020, we are a 3-bedroom 2-bath (sleeps 8+pet friendly) and a quick walk to the beach! Our tucked-away street offers serenity without sacrificing distance to the emerald waters and sugar white sands! The hot tub, outdoor dining, outdoor shower w/ hot water, fenced yard, beach supplies, BBQ, and live TV are just a few reasons why our guests love staying at Beach Bum! The space Bedroom 1: The Master has a King Sized bed, a full dresser + closet, a smart TV, and, an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: Queen Sized bed, full closet, and smart tv. Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed, dresser, and smart TV. Queen air mattress with headboard for guests 7 & 8. Enjoy your own outdoor shower after a long relaxing day at the beach (with hot water!) The brand new BBQ makes for perfect at home dinners. The fenced in yard is perfect for furry friends. Relax with a glass of wine in the hottub. Beach supplies included! We have a guest guide book for our guests as well. Guest access Entire home! Pls inquire for garage access if needed for storage etc. Other things to note The beach is dedicated to the neighborhood with no condos! Pet fee $180/ per week. 2nd pet 150/ per week. Inquire for shorter stay pet fees. Extra guest fee over 8 guests- message for rates!
