Please don’t let the pet up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Guests are permitted to bring 1 pet unless the host agrees in advance for more. The pet must be well trained and should not be left unattended in the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all pet refuse, as well as cleaning before he/she comes indoors. Guests must bring their own towels and disposable bags for the pet. Guests must carry their own pet bed. Evidence of any pet soiling/damage on bed or bedding may incur extra cleaning or replacement fees. Pets should not be allowed on beds and as far as possible stay outside the bedrooms. As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the pet or suffered by any person during the stay. Guests understand that they will be charged accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by the pets' presence or behavior. Parking Parking is unassigned and a maximum of two cars are allowed. Please park one behind the other, away from the loading space, and near the walkway. During snowstorms, guests are requested to move cars to ensure snowplow trucks can access the parking lot.
