Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the villa. Staff is on-site daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Guests are expected to treat all staff members with courtesy and respect throughout their stay. Pacific Vacation | StayPV maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of physical, verbal, or sexual assault or harassment toward staff. Staff duties are assigned solely at the discretion of the owner and are not directed by the Guest. While on duty, staff will have access to the villa as needed to perform their responsibilities. This includes housekeeping, property upkeep, and guest support during posted service hours. A signed rental agreement is required, and the names of all occupants must be provided prior to check-in. This is in accordance with HOA rules and local regulations.
