"Livin Easy" is close to town, creating the perfect space to have access to peace & quiet while being close to town & water. This cabin is on a private property that guests will have all to themselves while they are here. You will have access to a full kitchen, living room, private bathroom, and a loft which has two beds. This cabin comes w/channel dock space on the S. side of Lake Webster. There is space for your boat & water toys to bring along with you or you to rent @ a marina while here. The space Close by town, but also private. If you are looking for solitude, you are at the right spot! Let us help you create a memorable experience. Kayaks and paddle boards available upon request in the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons for a small fee of $25/unit/day. Pontoon Rental available for $275/day, $1000/week. (Please notify the host prior to your arrival if you plan to rent these to coordinate our schedules and availability. ) This cabin is set up for guests to cook and BBQ on a charcoal grill on site. This location comes equipped with basic cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes in hopes guests are comfortable and able to prepare food at the cabin. Guest access This cabin is on a private property that guests will have all to themselves while they are here. You will have access to a full kitchen, living room, private bathroom, and an open loft which has two queen beds, 1 full size trundle & 1 twin size trundle mattress. This cabin comes w/channel dock space on the S. side of Lake Webster. There is space for your boat & water toys to bring along with you or you to rent @ a marina while here. This water access is located in a channel. Swimming is not recommended at our dock. You can access local swimming spots at the public beach located off of Dixie drive. Local towns- Syracuse & Winona Lake also have public beaches for swimming nearby. We are also located near Pigsah Marsh, Golden Eye Pond and Oppenheim Woods for nearby trails if you prefer to get out and see nature. Other things to note This cabin is located on the south side of North Webster Lake. The cabin is settled in the woods across the street where you will have dock access at the channel. Feel free to bring your fishing boat or recreational boat to be able to enjoy the water while you are here. Looking for additional space to accommodate a group larger than 6 people? Each cabin has a private kitchen, private bathroom, living room, indoor fireplace, bedrooms and porch swings for enjoying nature. Each cabin will have its own outdoor fire area for privacy or if booking both cabins together, groups can utilize the larger fire area near the water.
