Unique studio in houseboat in the city's green

Unique modern studio in our houseboat located in the countryside. A hidden and cherished place of Amsterdam residents. The studio was designed and built by the owners themselves in collaboration with interior architect Steven Baart (Typography Interiority & Other Serious Matters). Everything is within reach. Walk, bike or take public transportation in or out of the city. We like to welcome guests who want to discover the best of Amsterdam, such as museums, restaurants, architecture, parks, terraces, etc. The space The studio is designed as an Airbnb, so it has everything you need for a (short) stay in Amsterdam. The studio has its own entrance. In the front part, you can have breakfast and relax after an inspiring day. There is also a futon chair that can transform into a single bed. In the rear section, you sleep in a comfortable box spring, queen size (160x200), overlooking the water. There is a small desk where you can work and a pantry with coffee machine (Dulce Gusto), kettle and small fridge for your breakfast supplies and drinks. The small terrace at the front overlooks the garden and the water. Other things to note It is important to know that the drainage system in a houseboat works differently than in a house. There is a sewage pump that grinds and therefore can only process toilet paper. So please do not flush any other things down the toilet :) Registration Details 0363 902C B36C C524 0312
