The Stordy House was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is NEW! Large rooms, high ceilings and lots of original character. PEI Tourism License #1201138 The space Enjoy 6+ beautiful & spacious bedrooms, a master bathroom with large soaker tub and walk-in shower featuring a rainfall shower head, 2 other bathrooms with showers, large living room with smart TV, additional den with an Apple TV, multiple reading nooks, AC/heat pumps, plus a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. *Note: Although there is a small bedroom with a sofa bed on the main floor, there is only a half bath on the main floor. The showers and bathtub are located on the second and third floor. Feed your group with a large, well equipped kitchen including all new appliances. Serve PEI potatoes and fresh seafood at the expansive dining room table. Enjoy the sunrise as you sip your coffee while sitting on the veranda and you might just see an eagle, hawk, or a Great Blue Heron fly overhead. This home is extremely private and quiet. Located in a rural setting with no neighbours. Wheat and potato fields surround the large yard, and you will rarely see a vehicle pass by. Enjoy the serenity, with lots of space to relax, both inside and outdoors. Bonfire pit with firewood is provided, as well as a propane BBQ grill, propane seafood cooker, and outdoor patio table. Only 7 minutes from picturesque Victoria by the Sea and the beaches of the south shore. A boutique coffee shop, The Foxy Fox, is located in the neighbouring community of Crapaud, only 4 minutes away. Less than 15 minutes from Brookvale and Bonshaw mountain biking and hiking trails. The provincial snowmobile trail is located near the house, making it an ideal place to stay for your sledding vacation! Guest access The entire house and the large yard are solely yours when you book this beautiful location! The house is located in a rural setting, surrounded by fields of potatoes, wheat, and clover. Other things to note We have a dozen beach towels and 8 folding beach/camping chairs plus an insulated tote bag that guest may use for beach excursions. There are some outdoor games such as a washer toss game, some balls, frisbee, bocce ball game, and a sprinkler for kids (and adults) to enjoy on a hot day Registration Details 1201138
