Mountain biking and hiking locations within minutes’ drive. Saco River provides outdoor recreation like canoeing, kayaking, tubing and rafting. Swimming, fishing could make this a perfect summer getaway. The space ***NEW UPDATES in 2024 include: - new kitchen cabinets/ appliances/ countertop - new living room furniture - new dining room furniture MAIN HOME features an open concept living / dining / kitchen area with wood floors radiant heat , wood burning fireplace, oversized windows for an incredible view of Mt Washington and the entire Presidential Range. Step outside on wrap around deck to enjoy the incredible view and breathe in the fresh air. Main level consists also of full bathroom with a laundry. Upper level consists of Master bedroom with a whirlpool tub for perfect relaxation mode, guest bedroom with one full bed and bunk beds. 2nd full bathroom is located on the upper level. A covered walkway will take you to a: GUEST COTTAGE which features living/ dining/ full kitchen/ full bathroom and a bedroom on main level and an extra room on the upper level Guest access Guests are provided with a code for entry in to the property. Parking is available on the property. Winter parking restrictions: limit 3-4 cars in driveway (pitched driveway). AWD vehicles are highly recommended for driveway and roadways.
