Pool equipment is located in storage on deck. Hosts use remote automation to adjust water temperature of the pool & jacuzzi. Please don’t mess around with pool equipment. PARKING There are TWO parking spaces on the driveway. Plenty of street parking but we kindly ask you only park in front of the house. Neighbors can be sensitive if you park elsewhere. Other things to note Clairemont is a family friendly neighborhood. Please, no loud music or yelling outside during evening hours. Please be respectful to neighbors at all times, particularly regarding noise and parking on the street. Please only park in the driveway or in front of the house. Outdoor activities need to end by 9pm Sunday to Thursday and no later than 10pm Friday and Saturday nights *One bedroom doesn’t get the best airflow from AC due to size of home. Living room, kitchen, and other three bedrooms do have strong AC. Hosts provide extra fans if needed and you get nice breeze with windows open. *You must enter bedroom #4 through the master bedroom. The bedroom has its own door for privacy but entrance in and out of the room requires you to go through the master bedroom entrance. This is very convenient if you have children you want kept closer. (see pictures and message for additional clarification if need be) Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 12pm *when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing same day, bag drop off may be allowed but the maid will need time to clean before check-in. Hosts have lived in San Diego for decades and know this city as well as anyone. We provide concierge service for all types of activities and gladly provide recommendations for restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy this amazing city to its fullest extent possible. ***City trash and recycle days are on Wednesday. We ask guests to take out the bins to the street and/or bring them in. Neighbors complain if bins left on street for days at a time and we want to abide by our good neighbor policy. For the security of our guests and the property, there are security cameras located OUTDOORS ONLY. There are no security cameras inside the home. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is SOLAR heated year round. However, during the colder winter months, the solar heating is not sufficient for comfortable swimming. We do offer the option for GAS heating of the pool at an additional cost.
