BRAND NEW pool liner, heater and converted to SALT WATER (summer 2022). Grilling out and and enjoying coffee on the balcony is a treat. During winter: ski and snowshoe on the property. Also right next to snow mobile trail. Please enjoy full use of the home, yard, patios and pool (SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK). The back basement and storage room on the main floor are locked and are not accessible. Your privacy will be respected, but we are easily accessible should there be any problems. Quiet neighborhood in the country. Please drive slow and respect the neighbors. Outside quiet time is 10pm-6am We are a short walk or bike ride to the town of New Glarus and a short drive to Madison or Monroe as well as many state parks. This is the perfect place for a family reunion or retreat! Out of respect for neighbors, there is a strict outside quiet time from 10pm-6am. Pool open May through September. Indoor fireplace, brand new sauna, and outdoor fire pit with wood for the cool months. Cross Country skiing on property also!
