Dunn's Eddy Riverfront. Built in 2021

Riverfront on a nice lot with covered deck, gazebo with great river views, outdoor fire ring with cooking grate, (starter wood provided), and cornhole game. Lots of yard for other outdoor activities. Shared kayak ramp to river for kayaks, fishing or other water activities. Hiking trails less than 1/3 mile from cottage. The gorgeous Kinzue Dam is about a 30 min drive with many hiking/biking trails, boating and more. We are also surrounded by Allegheny National Forest. Great hunting. The space 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, washer and dryer, livingroom with couches, tv , air conditioning, heating, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, bar with stools and a beautiful deck with eating and sitting area. The bathroom is supplied with towels, soaps and hairdryer. Bedrooms have all cleaned linens, pillows and extra blankets. By the fire pit are several chairs, end tables and a picnic table plus a grate for outdoor cooking. There are 2 swings on the gazebo where you can relax and enjoy the views. 3 portable fans are available to use as needed. The driveway and water ramp are shared. Guest access You will be given the front door entry code before arriving and the welcome binder will include the WiFi code with other helpful guides to run air conditioner and heaters. Also my cell phone number in case you have any questions or needs. There are many fliers under about the area and sights to visit and dining places. Enjoy. Other things to note Dunn's Eddy Riverfront is located on the Allegheny River. There is great kayaking but it is best to start upstream at Buckaloons campgrounds, Starbrick has a launching ramp, and Betts field has an open public ramp. For a super long trip you could start below the Kinzua Dam. Please check out these areas as some have fees and regulations some do not. If you plan on boating in the river it is best if it is flat bottom with a jet motor and they also can be launched at any of areas above. The ramp at the cottage is more for kayaks and canoes. I am very happy to help people when they are here, just make arrangements with me for availability. Plus I am very happy to give you instructions on how to make sure you make it back to the cottage while on the river. Also we have the amazing Kinzua Dam where you can go boating and fishing or even rent a pontoon boat. Around the Kinzu dam we have Jake's rocks and other areas for hiking and biking. The cottage is also next to the Allegheny National Forest where there is great hunting. There are several state game lands around which are open to the public. Any rules and regulations or license are your responsibility. For the motor enthusiast we have Rocky Gap and other areas which is open part of the year for motorbikes and four wheelers. Some great snowmobile trails in the winter as well. Please know that the driveway and river ramp are shared by one other camp. Brand new next door is the River Bungalow , now available. Can house up to 4 people and pet friendly. Great if you need more room or privacy. the cottage has well water. we just added an inflatable hot tub, use at your own risk, do not have any glass or sharp objects around the hot tub and children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult. the hot tub will be open from June till last weekend in September. there is a security camera in the front showing the driveway. When you pull in the parking lot if you could please park on the left side of it so everyone has room to get in and out. Thank you
