Cameras on Property: There are 3 security cameras on the premises: 1 above the garage, 1 at the front door (doorbell camera), and 1 facing the backyard gate. The doorbell camera is used to assist guests with entry and to ensure the security of the property. 2. No Pets Allowed: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted on the property. 3. Parking: Guests will not have access to the garage. The driveway is shared, please only park 1 car close to the tree in front of the garage. 4. Tenant on Site: A permanent tenant resides in the unit to the right of the garage. While the driveway is shared, the tenant's space is completely separate from the main house and backyard. 5. Gardeners will be working on the front and back yard every Friday. If you prefer not to be disturbed, please notify me at least 3 days prior or at the time of booking so that I can reschedule. Guest access You have access to the entire house and back yard, except for the garage and the gate to the right of the garage. Other things to note Important information: 1.
