If you’re looking for a Beach Home away from Home, 4min Beach drive, then this Remodeled, Cottage-like Cozy Beach home is perfect for you! Designed & Creatively Spaced for All Occasions, the Open Farmhouse style Kitchen & Living room gives off vibrant energy w/plenty of recessed lighting making it Beautiful! The Backyard is VERY Spacious & Peaceful w/plenty of seating &room for all Special Occasions! There’s a Unique, Rare Rustic Guest Suite w/a Left Private Entrance available to rent too! The space This beautiful remodeled home has a large living room with a sectional & 55” TV that has peacock, Amazon Prime, Netflix, & LG cable. Amazon Prime has Discovery Plus that has all the cable channels such as AE, ID, Discovery, HG, and so on. There is a dining table that expands out to have an even bigger table. The island is large enough for 3 to eat as well. Down the hall to the left you will find the Samsung washer and dryer. Then you will come to all the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen with a brand new memory foam top & pillow top twin XL mattress in it with a dresser and nightstand & large closet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen with a brand new memory foam top & pillow top twin XL mattress in it with a nightstand and large closet. Bedroom 3 has two pillow topped twin mattresses in them with a vanity and large closet. There is a full New Remodeled bathroom that has a bathtub & brand new vanity and toilet! The bedrooms and bath are supplied with different assortments of facial masks! There are Neutrogena Make up wipes and bathtub bombs. There are all the little soaps, shampoos etc and if you have any specific requests, please don’t hesitate to let me know before you arrive! There is a kitchen back door that leads to the outside patio where there is a Large sectional and dining area (4 chairs) to eat. There is a clothesline for all towels etc. from the beach! This also helps to shake the sand out. The outdoor patio has beautiful lighting set up that you can easily plug in or out by the left corner of the fence. The ambiance is so relaxing at night and pictures just don’t do it! There is a mosquito trap out there to help decrease the bugs. Upon request, I will also provide a BBQ for you! I also have bike cruisers upon request ! Please note: The left side of the home has a private entrance for the guest suite. Please note:the home is on a main road that lies central to Jax Beach & Neptune & Atlantic Beach. There is 2-4cars max for parking but free parking across the street. During rush hour it can be a bit busy since it’s in a school zone. 🎈Please note: you will be charged for your dog based on the TYPE of Hair and Shedding and length of stay due to the deep deep cleaning for hours it takes with some dogs versus others. So please communicate with me the type of dog you have. Thank you Please note: Late night loud noise outside by the pool after 9pm can cause neighborhood disturbance. (specifically music) This is a quiet neighborhood at the beach so please keep this in mind when booking. The home is extremely large with different en suites and a main home. There may be my daughter or myself on the opposite side completely separate from your suite. Guest access I am a TURO Host which means you have the ability to rent my Lincoln Nautilus 2021 while you are here. I have partnered with Baby Quip in order to provide you with safe, trusted baby equipment for your stay. All guests are to park on the far RIGHT side of the driveway & all the way forward. Please note: There is a guest suite that has its own private entrance to the left. They also have their own private patio. The left parking is for the private separate suite. Their entrance is the left gate. Jacksonville Beach has strict rules on blocking sidewalks. Especially because the home is in a school zone and beach goers ride bikes a lot. So please don’t block the sidewalk. The front door is your private entrance with a lockbox and back kitchen door. If you have more than 1-2 cars please park across the street or down the street. There is free street parking. The suite has the left side parking allowing 1 car and their private entrance is to the left. The backyard is also completely private and enclosed for you with a separating fence. For this reason, the cleaning fee charged pays for exceptional services that clean Every Ounce of the home Every Single Time The highest level of sanitizing standards are carefully carried out. The home is thoroughly inspected and prepared for each and every one of you There is a permanent UV light installed into the HVAC system to continuously sanitize the air you breathe. A HEPA certified company just came out 7/28/21 to clean all HVAC ducts that is a yearly service. (See photos) There is a private suite located to the left of the home. They have their own entrance and own patio area that is completely separate and private from this beach house. Please respect each other’s privacy.
