Country Club is a centrally located leafy neighborhood full of architecturally designed homes just north of Dundee. Highlights include: memory foam mattresses, expansive backyard, deck, gigabit WiFi, 15 minutes to the zoo, 10 minutes to downtown, and 5 minutes to Benson & Dundee's business districts. Omaha's Country Club district is recognized in the National Registry of Historical Places. Early 20th century homes that were planned and marketed to attract homebuyers who expected an exceptionally high level of quality and consistency in neighborhood layout, amenities, home design, and environment. The district has a large concentration and variety of fine period revival houses, many of them designed by local architects. Omaha is a car town. Car or Uber is highly recommended. Buses do go service nearby, but I wouldn’t recommend them
