The building is perfectly located with easy access to everything the city has to offer including major events hosted in Adelaide. Note that some facilities need to be booked for use and you need to have your own clubs for the Golf simulator. The Apartment has been furnished with comfort and luxury in mind. We have supplied a firm mattress in one bedroom and a medium mattress in the other bedroom to suit comfort requirements. There are 3 different styles of pillows for your individual comfort. There is a TV in both bedrooms main dining space and theatre room. Modern New appliances and everything you will need in the kitchen space including a Coffee Pod machine. Laundry space has large new washing machine and heat pump dryer to be extra gentle on your clothes. Fresh linen and Towels provided. Guest access Full apartment and balcony is for guest private use. All complex facilities are available for apartment guests. Some areas require pre booking for usage. Other things to note I will meet guests upon their arrival to show them through the apartment complex and through the apartment to answer any questions they may have. Issue access passes, car park remote and apartment keys. Time of arrival is required to meet guests on arrival.
