The space This space is a brand-new, freshly remodeled downtown basement apartment with generous daylight windows throughout, modern design details, and a clean + bright look. The best of Moscow’s downtown offerings are just a block away- making for a short walk, rain or shine. Snappy Wi-Fi connection makes this a great spot for remote workers. The generous windows provide plenty of ambient sunshine with relatively little direct daylight. Combined with the basement location, this means that the apartment stays cool even on hot summer days and is easy to warm up in the winter. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of this entire apartment, as well as to a shared laundry room on the property. Other things to note Parking space: The parking space is compact, so full size truck or large SUV may be an uncomfortably tight fit (most guest vehicles do not have a problem). There is nearby overnight street parking in the event your vehicle doesn't fit: guests may use the gravel lot just two doors to the north on the corner. Note on location: This is a true "downtown" location, right on Jackson Street (one of the "main" streets in downtown Moscow). This means there will be some street noise, though the main door faces away from the street. While it is not noisy inside, we can't promise that you won't be able to hear any traffic if you listen closely. We also provide complimentary earplugs, though most guests do not need them. Please be aware of this if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping or not accustomed to downtown locations.
