The little blue house

It is a small blue house, built in the 18th century, leaning against the hill of the medieval village of Olargues, one of the most beautiful villages in France. You come on foot. We give you the key. The two terraces offer you a relaxing space with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. Our family holiday home, classified as a 3-star furnished holiday home, offers a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious cellar. The space When you arrive in front of the blue gate, there is a small, pleasantly shaded outdoor area with a table and bench on your right. This is also where you will find the entrance to the cellar where you can store some of your belongings and retrieve the cart to help you with your luggage. After a few steps you enter directly into a first living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. On the right is also the first bedroom with two single beds. On your left you enter a games room which can also be used for dining. It gives access to a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and two terraces. The first is a large west-facing terrace with a large table, a parasol and a bench. A second terrace, partly covered, smaller and more intimate, with a space to read and to cook outside (plancha and barbecue). From this playroom you can go upstairs and discover a landing with an office space. It leads to a bathroom with shower and toilet, two bedrooms with double beds and a last bedroom for children with a bunk bed, a high bed and a mattress on the floor for reading or sleeping! Books and board games are waiting for you! We have installed air-conditioning to allow you to relax as well as possible while respecting the spirit of the little blue house. 3 splits are used to heat or cool the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the dining room/playroom downstairs. Guest access Please note that access to the little blue house is only via small pedestrian streets. This is what makes it so peaceful and charming. From the town hall parking lot, you will have to walk 120 meters with an 18-meter drop. If you have a disability or suffer from heart or respiratory conditions, access to the house may not be suitable. Other things to note All the cleaning products and shower products are at your disposal. You will also find coffee, tea and dishwasher tablets to start your stay with peace of mind. We take great care to ensure that these products are environmentally friendly. Sheets and towels are not systematically provided at La petite maison bleue. If you wish, we can prepare bedding for you for 15 euros per person.
